Do you offer same-day jewelry repair in NYC?
Yes. Many common repairs can be completed the same day, depending on the piece, the required work and the shop's current workload. We confirm timing after inspecting your jewelry.
Are repairs completed at your store?
Yes. Harry's has multiple jewelers and repair equipment on site at 21 W 47th Street, Booth 15, in New York City's Diamond District.
Should I make an appointment?
Walk-ins and appointments are both welcome. An appointment is helpful for complex repairs, heirloom pieces or when you want dedicated time to discuss options.
Can you repair delicate or antique jewelry?
We regularly assess delicate, sentimental and older pieces. Our laser welder allows highly localized work when traditional heat would not be the best approach.
